all about alice

This is hands down one of my favorite fashion editorials of all time. Shot by Annie Leibovitz (my childhood favorite) for the December 2003 issue of Vogue, I remember seeing it for the first time - it literally took my breath away. It's hard to put into words why I love it so much, but it is one of the fashion editorials that made me realize beyond a doubt that I had to be part of the fashion industry. I wanted to tell stories through images, create art with clothing and accessories, and collaborate with brilliant photographers, designers and models. At the time I really had no idea what went into creating a shoot of this scope, but I knew I wanted to be a part of it. Anyway, here it is in all its glory, starring Natalia Vodianova as Alice:

Yves Saint Laurent by Tom Ford dress

Jean Paul Gaultier dress

Viktor & Rolf dress
