Style.com recently launched "The Image Makers," a series of of interviews with contemporary fashion photographers about their process and work. The latest installment of the series, which started with a profile of Inez and Vinoodh, features Deborah Turbeville. Known for her signature soft focus and dreamy romanticism, Turbeville, who made the jump from fashion editor to photographer in the 1970s, recently released her first book of fashion images, Deborah Turbeville: The Fashion Pictures. She also lensed the spring 2012 Valentino campaign, one of my absolute favorites this season.
