If I was invited to tea with the Mad Hatter, I would want to wear something from Marc Jacobs' fall 2012 collection - and I absolutely, 100 percent mean that in the best possible way. Playful, whimsical, and incredibly eccentric, Jacobs injected a dose of fantasy into fashion week. He also offered some truly innovative shapes, most notably in his outerwear and especially the coats with double collars and a cape-like overlay. And the hats - oh, the hats! At once supremely luxurious (their made of mink after all) and incredibly ridiculous, they are absolutely amazing. They were the perfect topper for a collection tailored to fashion's true mavericks.
